A typical range of services generally include all, or a combination of, the below:

We start with what you’re looking for, what you already have, what you need, any site constraints and research required to get your project off the ground.
Where the ideas take shape - we collaborate to explore design possibilities based on your needs, lifestyle and the site. We deliver concept plans, sketches, diagrams.
Once we select a concept, we refine the design in more detail including floor plans, elevations, and preliminary documentation.
Basic schedules and selections for fittings, fixtures, materials and internal and external colours.
Preparing and submitting the necessary documentation to your local council to secure development approval. This may also include BASIX, SEE or other statutory requirements depending on your project.
Creating detailed drawings and specifications needed for building permits and pricing.
We produce tender ready documentation for builders to price on competitively, we respond to queries during the tender period, provide you a comparison and assist you appoint and contract the desired builder.
Assisting you in putting the project out to tender, evaluating builder bids, and contract negotiations.
During this stage we work with you to administer the contract with the builder. This means we inspect the project as it progresses, we support the builder with queries, we review variations and claims, and most importantly we ensure the design intent is maintained.

Our Residential Packages.

We have some tried and true packages for our residential clients that take into account your situation and needs.

You may have a firm idea of what you are after, you may have already agreed on what your selections and budget might be, or are happy for us to just ‘go for it’. This package isn’t a typical full service, but will still give you “the basics”.
Including package 01, plus full design and detailed documentation required for builders to price and construct the project. It also includes more extensive interior design and documentation. This is our most common package.
Including 01 + 02 and more, this is a complete service from concept to the finished project. We remain involved throughout, we liaise with consultants and we work with, and direct, the Builder.
